  Boardwalk Investments really was patient with our group of boys in signing our first lease. They walked us through the process prioritizing the important facts first. We met Alec the first time we toured City View and it was comforting knowing he was the one who took us through the entire process as he guided us through the signing. Having an agent who knows your name by the end of the experience only gives us confidence that our year with Boardwalk Investments will be a good one. Highly recommend any relationship with this company. Very clean and well organized.

  Full disclosure, I'm a former employee and I wanted to jump on here and say that there’s 2 sides to every story. Boardwalk does not deserve the hack they get on here, at least not since I've been known the company. The fact is, the folks in this office are great people. They’ll do everything they can to help you. Unfortunately, in their line of work, there are times where they have to "be the bad guy." After all it’s a business, and a business that must navigate multiple interests, which includes residents, property owners/investors, your neighbors, local authorities, financial institutions, etc.
  
  All in all, I highly recommend you give them a shot if you’re between apartments downtown, they have great stuff and if you’re a reasonable person, you’ll love it there.
